Gee, this Dick really seems to have his act together. He grasps the complex ethnic realities that exist in Iraq; he understands the serious human and monetary costs involved in occupying an entire country; and he foresees the quagmire that would result from a full-scale invasion, all for the sake of knocking off a single bad guy.
