I can't tell if he's summoning the Gods of War, doing a rain dance, or if the rhythm simply got the best of him. Either way it's clear that El Presidente likes the Boogie. I can't even imagine the kind of dancing he was doing back in the '70s, when he had the ayuda of la cocaina y muchas cervezas.

I guess it could be worse.
